Flavours of berries plums and baking spices swirl on the palate with a touch of mocha on the lasting firm finish. A number of richly flavoured parcels of grapes from the Oatley vineyards in the Central Ranges of NSW are used to expertly craft the French oak inspired Pocketwatch Shiraz.
