Footnote: This medal was awarded for service in India starting in 1909 with 12 different clasps, depending on the campaign. This medal and clasp combination was awarded for service during the Red Shirt and Afridi rebellions on the North West Frontier of India that occurred between April 23rd, 1930 and March 22nd, 1931.
