Constructed of dark navy blue wool, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a central machine embroidered silver grey inscription of HERMANN GRING, the reverse with a black cotton underlay, unmarked, measuring 4 cm (w) x 44 cm (l), in unissued and near mint condition.
